Vision of the End is the perfect skill for pull-offs in Kal Online. When you find you are your teammates outnumbered, casting this AoE skills will prevent your opponents from advancing for 10seconds unless they are hit. Use this chance to regroup with your teammates in the other parts of the map.
Mending Touch is another important skill here. As it heals instantly when casted, you could help troubled teammates with low HP (kalonline geons) and heal them up right before they die.
Healing Barrier helps a lot in group fights like this, especially when it's so chaotic. You wouldn't know which teammate is being hit as you are not in a party, hence, the only thing you could do is use this skill which heals friendly targets over a radius of 10m.
Moment of Silence allows easier kills in PvP. For example, another cleric who constantly heals himself/herself when your teammates are attacking him. Using this skill prevents that cleric from healing for 10 seconds, which gives an opportunity to kill him off.
