As a dex guardian in Kal Online you have little to no melee force behind your hits, so unless its boosted from a crit, even with order swing adding damage, your base hits will not increase on a normal opponent, maybe at the very end of order swing, but not much.
A dex guardian relies exclusively on crits in pvp. in pve, you'll break through a monster's defenses easily, and be hitting tens of thousands every hit in the ends of order swing.
As a strength guardian, you'll hit pretty decent, and in order swing you'll see a smooth, gradual increase in your damage throughout the course of its effect*, with critical hits doing a nice jump of a few hundred damage. your melee attack will be high enough to break your enemies defense.
